When Brian McNeill wrote The Lads O’ The Fair way back over thirty years ago, little would he have believed that in 2013 his home town of Falkirk would bestow the accolade of having some of the wonderful lyrics etched in Cathness stone high above the town on a magnificent view point on the Policy Bing ‘ Stand Here and I’ll show ye – there’s the toon below ye’ I caught up with Brian after Tonder Festival , when he returned from USA and before he took of from Germany!
