The setting for this interview with Iain Thomson ‘The Singing Shepherd’ was in my living room on the 29 May 2010 (writes Mary K. Burke) Listen Here
Iain made the journey from the Isle of Mull to talk to me about his life as a singer songwriter and a shepherd and farm manager. His story and his approach to his music are sincere and honest. I felt very humbled sometimes and very saddened by the stories behind his songs and soon realised I was in the company of a very fine artist who opened his heart to me in this interview in which it was obvious Iain has a great love of land.
