Raintown have 15 awards in 4 years, a critically acclaimed new album and the only act to be involved in all the mega-successful Country2Country festivals, Glasgow-based, Raintown deliver a startling take on UK contemporary country that is both firmly-rooted and unashamedly forward-thinking. Their intensely charismatic live performances are imbued with a spirit and energy that that make their sound accessible to all music lovers.

From late 2015 and through 2016, their live reputation continued to grow with performances that included, a successful UK tour, Glasgow’s Country2Country ‘King Tuts Stage, headlining at the Buckle and Boots Festival, supporting both Runrig at the iconic Shepherd’s Bush Empire and American, Josh Kelley in Glasgow.

Raintown have shown that talent, ambition and honesty can still prevail in an ever changing music industry. They deliver a startling take on UK contemporary country that is both firmly-rooted and unashamedly forward-thinking. This is NOT your twangy traditional country but a fresh, modern and dynamic sound from an act that are not afraid of doing something left of centre e.g. their phenomenal cover of BLUE’s ‘One Love!’

Paul Bain and Claire McArthur-Bain, are more than just a love story, they fuse their passion for Country Music with their eclectic musical influences and continue the tradition of exciting new music to emerge from Glasgow. Their electrifying live performances and sensational new music have elevated this impressive duo to new heights and cemented their place as one of the UK’s leading ‘new breed’ of Country acts alongside the likes of The Shires and Ward Thomas.

Katee Kross a 22 year old Scottish singer-songwriter from Bishopbriggs near Glasgow. Katee has already appeared with some top names including Dougie MacLean, Barbara Dickson, Karine Polwart, James Grant, John Doyle, Findlay Napier, Tony McManus and Seasick Steve.
Katie works not only as a solo artist but with– The Amberjaz – with whom she has an EP ‘Dancing With My past ‘
Katee has written and released three full length albums. The first, ‘Beautiful Dreamer’ was released on the 26th March 2016, with the second ‘Don’t Fade To Grey’ just a year later, and the most recent ‘Body & Soul’ in October 2019 at a sold out  gig in Glasgow. A beautiful progression of original music following a young artist as she matures as a songwriter.
Katee has supported Seasick Steve at Wembley Arena and  Kelvingrove Bandstand in Glasgow, King Tuts Wah Wah Hut, Millport Country Music Festival and more. After a very successful summer touring Germany, Katee is now in the studio working on her fourth
