Donnie McDonald -The Vice President of the Inverclyde Music Festival in it’s 95 year running from last week in January each year, will be in the studio with Gerry Maguire 4- 6pm on Wed 2 Oct 2019
He will on to plug the Festival, explain how it operates and give details of how to enter and / or how to attend. Donnie is deputising this year for Isabel Lind who was on the station this time last year. Like ourselves, the Festival is a registered charity and is run and organised by volunteers.

Venues used are Greenock Town Hall / Greenock Baptist Church/ The Beacon Arts Centre
The Festival is a registered charity and run by a Committee of volunteers who are involved in preparation for the Festival throughout the year.
The annual Music Festival starts on the last week of January and runs for a fortnight culminating in a Grand Concert on the final Saturday evening featuring a selection of the highlights from the two weeks.
Reached 8 years of age by festivals start date.The upper age limit for all Junior Competitions is 18 years. The minimum age for Open classes is 16 years.
