Friday 3rd July
7pm – 9.30pm Opening Concert: Castleton Parish Church, Guests are: Di Henderson & AilsaMackenzie, Carol Anderson, Stuart Forester, Emma Spiers, Dave Orr & Jane Carson. Tickets £5/£3
9.30pm – 1am Dance – Village Hall The Redheughers Ceilidh Band (£5)
11pm – 2am-ish -Singaround – upstairs in the Buccleuch Centre with Dave MacFadzean Entry By Donation
Sessions all weekend in venues throughout the village including the Supper Room in the Village Hall. The Community Room will be used as a “quiet room” for singers and musicians who want to perform in a quieter space. It will be available from 6pm Friday and from 4pm Saturday and will be hosted by Eliza Mood.

Saturday 4 th July
8.30am – 9pm Festival Office open in the Buccleuch Centre.
9.06am Copshaw Common Riding – gathering at the Fountain (This event starts at 7.32am and continues all day!)
10.00am Competitions start !Spectator tickets covering all venues – £5.00 – children £1.00 Spectator tickets for individual venues £3.00 – children 50p.
2.30pm Fiddle & Guitar Workshops in Village Hall and Songwriting in Community Room £3/£1
7.00pm Grand Concert in the Village Hall – (Bar Licence) Competition Winners & special guests – opened by the Copshaw Common Riding. – £5.00 Compered by Di Henderson.
9.30pm – 1am Dance in the Village Hall to Three Men and a Box Ceilidh Band £5.00
11.00pm – 2am-ish Singaround – Upstairs in the Buccleuch Centre with Susie Kelly Entry by donation.
Sunday 5 th July
9am – 12 noon Festival Office open in the Buccleuch Centre.
10am/11am/12noon Trash Arts Workshops in Village Hall Adult £4 Child £2
10am BEGINNERS Smallpipes Workshop with Kevin Tilbury Buccleuch Centre (above Office) Adults £3 Child £1 (Limited numbers – sign up in Festival Office)
1.30pm – 2.30pm Highland Bagpipe Competition – Village Square (dry day) Village Hall (wet day)
2-30pm(ish) – 4.30pm(ish) Farewell Concert with Norman Stewart in the Village Hall – various guests £2 (children free)
8pm onward Buccleuch Centre Survivors’ Session (Until we drop from sheer exhaustion or run out of songs/tunes!!)
