- Due to technical difficulties with the link from Brodick on the Isle of Arran, we were unable to provide the live schedule from the Arran Folk Festival this afternoon. The Celtic Music Radio schedule reverts to the normal Saturday afternoon programmes.
Celtic Music Radio is once again broadcasting live from the Arran Folk Festival which starts tonight, Friday 6 June until Sunday 8 June 2014 at venues in Brodick, the main village on the Isle of Arran. Here is a summary of the events during the weekend.
The outside broadcast team will be in Brodick to cover events live. If you can’t get on the CalMac ferry from Ardrossan to Brodick, then tune into Celtic Music Radio on 1530AM or online and all mobile devices on Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
Alex Jenkins and Ross Macfadyen have taken the ferry from Ardrossan on the Ayrshire coast to Brodick on the Isle of Arran to present live tonight, Friday from 6.00pm until 10.00pm and from 1.00-6.00pm on Saturday 7 June 2014 with interviews, guests and live sessions from venues in Brodick.
