Five Hours Of Live Entertainment For St Patrick’s Day

CELTIC MUSIC RADIO will be at the centre of the St Patrick’s Day celebrations in Glasgow’s Merchant Square on Saturday (March 16.)

This FREE Family Fun Day Festival offers non-stop music, song and dance, and our team of enthusiastic volunteers will be playing a major part, including broadcasting live from midday to 5 pm.

We are offering someone the chance to win an HP laptop, courtesy of Curry’s Superstore at Braehead, in our prize raffle as well as running a tombola with lucky bag treats for the children.

The Festival is held in conjunction with Tourism Ireland and entertaining the crowds will be champion Irish Dancers, live bands while face painters and a balloon artist are all set to keep the children happy.

Chair of the station’s board of directors, Alex Jenkins, said: “It’s always a great event and all of us at Celtic Music Radio really enjoying being a part of it all.

“We’re on air for five hours so a special afternoon of music and chat is guaranteed.”
