A3 poster3Tha Ceòl ’s Craic @ Celtic Music Radio a’ cur air bhog prògram sheiseanan ciùil beò 2015 Diluain eadar 6 is 7 uairean le rudeigin sònraichte – taisbeanadh ciùil bhon chòisir ‘Glè’ – buidheann de sheinneadairean òga à Peairt a tha air leth deidheil air a bhith a’ seinn – dìreach mar na deugairean anns an t-sreath telebhisein bhon tug iad an ainm aca ‘Glee’.

‘S e pròiseact leis an ‘Horsecross Arts Agency’ a th’ ann an ‘Glè’ www.horsecross.co.uk/community/youth-music-projects Còmhla riutha san stiùideo bidh an dithis a’ tha a’ stiùireadh a’ chòisir iongantach seo – Maeve NicFhionghain www.maevemackinnon.com agus Ailenn NicFhionghain www.facebook.com/aileenogilviemusic

Tha sinn air leth toilichte gu bheil Maeve gu bhith còmhla rinn Diluain seach gum bi i fhèin agus a caraidean bho Nasc a’ nochdadh aig Gaels Le Chèile aig Ceòl ’s Craic Disathairne 17 Faoilleach aig an CCA.

Tuilleadh fiosrachaidh mu dheidhinn seo aig www.ceolscraic.org Bidh a’ mhòr chuid dhen luchd-èisteachd againn eòlach air Maeve – aon dhe na seinneadairean Gàidhlig as fheàrr bhon ghinealach a cheumnaich bho Conservatoire Rìoghail na h-Alba san deichead mu dheireadh.

Tha i air cliù a choisinn mar neach-ciùil le stòr farsaing de dh’òrain a tha a’ gabhail a-steach ceòl traidiseanta agus co-aimsireil ann an Gàidhlig, agus Beurla. Tha sinn a’ gabhail fiughar ri a bhith a’ còmhradh ri Maeve agus taghadh de cuid dhe na clàran as fheàrr leatha fhèin a chluinntinn.
Còmhla ri Maeve bidh Aileen Ogilvie, seinneadair Gàidhlig eile a tha air leth talantach.

Nochd Ailenn aig Ceòl ’s Craic beagan bhliadhnachean air-ais le òrain Ghàidhlig air an seinn le rithim Samba!

Le cruinneachadh de chloinn-nighean cho comasach chan eil rian nach eil uair a thìde gu math inntinneach gu bhith againn. Thigibh còmhla rinn Diluain aig 6 uairean air 95FM no air loidhne air www.celticmusicradio.net

Aileen OgilvieCeòl ‘s Craic @ Celtic Music Radio will be launching its 2015 programme of live music sessions with something special – a performance from ‘Gle’ the gloriously parodied Gaelic version of ‘Glee’ set up by the Horsecross Arts Agency in Perth.

The fledgling teenage Gaelic choir will be performing a selection of their songs accompanied by their music tutors, Maeve Mackinnon and Aileen Ogilvie.

We’re delighted that Maeve can be with us as she’ll also be appearing at Gaels Le Chèile @ Ceòl ’s on Saturday 17 January along with her friends from Nasc, a cross-cultural collaboration of musicians from Scotland and Ireland.

Maeve will be well known to most of our listeners as one of the most talented Gaelic singers from the generation that graduated from the Royal Scottish Conservatoire of Music in the last decade.

Her repertoire of traditional and contemporary songs in Gaelic and English delivered in her own distinctive style has earned her a loyal worldwide following. Maeve will also be speaking about
her latest projects and sharing some of her favourite records with us.

Aileen Ogilvie, an exceptionally talented and innovative Gaelic singer, will also be joining us. We last saw Aileen at Ceòl ’s Craic several years ago when she performed some traditional Gaelic songs to a Samba beat!

With all this talent in the studio at one time this week’s programme on Monday 12 January at 6.00pm is one not to be missed – join us at 6pm on 95FM across Glasgow or online at www.celticmusicradio.net
