Celtic Connections on Campus – Live On Celtic Music Radio

Celtic Connections on Campus is back live for its eighth year, hosted by Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) in association with Celtic Music Radio and TRADtv.

There are five free lunchtime concerts to savour this week, starting tomorrow (January 22) and once again Connections on Campus will showcase some of the brightest up-and-coming talent both in front of the mic and behind the scenes.

GCU audio students will be at the heart of it all as they are every year, providing professional sound, lighting and streaming for live performances by performers from schools, colleges and universities across Scotland and beyond.

The shows are held in the Re-union bar and grill in the GCU Students’ Association building. This is just a short walk from the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall and the friendly setting has become a firm favourite for many who enjoy great musical talent and warm hospitality – it’s the perfect start to a day at the festival.
