On Thursday afternoon’s Homeward Bound, Bill Morris will have as a special guest, singer Eileen McGann.

Eileen is one of North America’s finest contemporary songwriters and is an outstanding singer of the traditional music of Ireland, Scotland, England
and Canada.

An Irish Canadian, born in Canada to Irish parents, Eileen is a resident of  Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada and is a seasoned touring performer, and workshop leader plus a Juno-nominated recording artist.

Eileen McGann plays Live at the Star, St Andrew’s-in-the-Square, Glasgow on Thursday evening, 1 September.

Eileen says: “This is the British release tour for the”Pocketful of Rhymes” CD, and we’re looking forward to bringing the new CD and the new songs to British radio and to fans and friends there!”
