300th Edition for Award Winning Show

The award-winning Mike Ritchie On Sunday Show reaches a special moment this weekend, March 7th.

It will be Mike’s 300th show since his first Sunday broadcast back in August 2014.

His two-hour playlists, featuring classic and new Americana, Roots and singer/songwriters have won him a loyal following and twice in three years, a readers’ poll in the influential AmericanaUK website voted his programme Best Radio Show, most recently in 2020.

Chair of Celtic Music Radio’s Board of Directors, Alex Jenkins, said:

His two awards also reflect very well on all the volunteers here at the station and our determination to provide quality programming.
